We had lots of leftover canned pineapple rings from last week that I've been snacking on. I love to take two of them, put some pieces of my hazelnut Ghiradelli chocolate bar in the the center of the ring and then sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. It seems like an odd combination but I love pineapple and choclate and I love pineapple and Cheddar. And the chocolate has nuts in it which helps up the "savoryness" that is associated with the cheese.
